Alum-A-Frame
The simple solution to small and medium applications.
Our patented Alum-A-Frame system can be configured to any
application.
It can be shipped knocked down or assembled.
Installation is straightforward and seldom requires special
lifting equipment.

GENERAL
INSTALLATION GUIDELINES:
One person can assemble this enclosure, however depending
upon the size of the enclosure, two people may be needed to
install larger panels. Use safety precautions and proper lifting
techniques when handling panels.
To assemble your enclosure, you will need the following
tools:
RUBBER MALLET
3/16” ALLEN WRENCH
TAPE MEASURE METRIC ALLEN SET
JIG SAW (OR
SIMILAR) ADJUSTABLE WRENCH
STEP 1- Layout of Components
Lay out frame components. Note the positioning of the corner
fitting when assembling it to the aluminum profile extrusion.
There are three branches to a corner, two that are closed and
are identical, and a thrid which is open and notched. See the
picture to the right. This thrid branch must be the vetical leg
when assembling the frame.
STEP 2-Assembling the Frame
Asemble panel profile extrusion to corner fittings by tapping
the corner onto the profile. Use caution when assembling the
frame so that the aluminum profiles do not become bent or
damaged. It si recommended that a wooden block be used to
protect the aluminum corners from being damaged when hammering
the frame together.
NOTE: Components assemble in a “press-fit”
fashion. Self-drill/tapping sheet metal screws are recommended
to fasten the corners to the profile for added stability and in
case where all panels are removable. The screws that fasten the
extrusion to the fitting should be placed to the interior.
STEP
3 Installing Modular Panels with “retaining clamps” with
Panel retaining clamps (Part no. U305) as shown in figure 3C.
STEP 4-Order of Installation and Location
of Panels
(Referred to as “Direction of Erection,” or DOE). All
panels are marked with a reference number. Below is the location
of each panel and the order in which they need to be installed.
Panels are installed on order from left to right.
NOTE: Doors are installed LAST
and only after enclosure has been squared. When fastening fixed
panels to frame, ensure that enclosure is square prior to
fastening with supplied sheet metal screws.
